There is no project too small. Or big.
Whether you are a developer seeking to annex property for a large-scale mixed-use development, a homeowner who wants to problem solve, or an engineering or architecture firm that needs an occasional planner to supplement your existing workforce, I can help!
Compensation for open ended services is based on my current hourly rate, which means your invoice will reflect only the actual time I spend working on your project. No padded time, no surprises. New clients may be subject to an initial retainer fee.Â
I also offer project- or deliverable-based lump sum options when a scope of services can be clearly defined and executed.
Initial consultations with potential clients are offered at no charge for the first 30 minutes.
I am based in Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida and have the ability to travel as needed.
