Hi, I'm Kelly. I am a land development planner with 16 years of professional experience. For most of my career I worked in local government. I enjoyed educating customers on property regulations and the development options available to them.

Land Development Strategies was created to help professionals and everyday people learn more about their real estate investments, regardless of what city or state you have an interest in. I have the ability to formulate development strategies based on research and communication with government staff, and work with you to identify the best path forward through any development process.

After selecting the best strategy to meet your goals we can implement the most effective plan. I have the ability to manage and submit development applications on your behalf, represent you publicly or privately, be your advocate, and coordinate community outreach.
