Through research of land development regulations, zoning codes, and comprehensive plans, in addition to communication with government staff, I am able to gain an understanding of a property's development potential and share it with you in an easy to understand format.

Research will let us know how many potential paths forward are available to meet your goals. We can figure out the pros and cons of each strategy and map out their timelines and potential risk. We will consider any required zoning and development applications, timelines, and community support.

After selecting the best strategy to meet your goals we can implement the most effective plan. I have the ability to manage and submit development applications on your behalf, represent you publicly or privately, be your advocate, and coordinate community outreach.
