Hi, I'm Kelly. I am a land development planner with 16 years of professional experience. For most of my career I worked in local government. I enjoyed educating customers on the regulations that apply to their property and all the development options available to them.
Land Development Strategies was created to help professionals and everyday people learn more about their real estate investments, regardless of what city or state you have an interest in. I have the ability to formulate development strategies based on research and communication with government staff, and work with you to identify the best path forward through any development process.
