Hi, I'm Kelly. I am a land development planner with 16 years of professional experience. For most of my career I worked in local government. I enjoyed educating the public about property regulations and the development options available to them.

Land Development Strategies was created to help professionals and everyday people learn more about their real estate investments and how to realize their development goals. I have the ability to formulate development strategies based on research and communication with government staff and work with my clients to identify the best path forward through any development process.

Research will let us know how many potential paths forward are available to meet your goals. We can figure out the pros and cons of each strategy and map out their timelines and potential risk. We will consider any required zoning and development applications, timelines, and community support.

After selecting the best strategy to meet your goals we can implement the most effective plan. I have the ability to manage and submit development applications on your behalf, represent you publicly or privately, be your advocate, and coordinate community outreach.
